Turn off interior lights when in PARK and Engine ON

Hi!
I'm driving an 09 GS450H but i figured that the electrical lighting system should be the same for all 3rd Gen GS....that's why I am posting the question here.

Scenario, on a warm humid night, I am waiting to pick up my friend in a parking lot. I wanted to leave the aircon running while reclining to get some shut eye...so left the engine running. I realised that the interior lights just wouldn't switch off....

is there any way to switch off the interior lights while the car is in PARK and engine is ON?

tried turning your headlights off? while the engine is running and in park?

yup...first thing i tried.... no joy.

The speedo cluster, led ambient lights are still lighted up.

The led cluster can be turned down, and the led in the car can be turned off.

how do we go about doing that? Is it a customizable feature only the dealer can perform? hope not, cos it will be pointless as I only need to turn them off occasionally.

There is a dimmer in the sneak box that can turn the leds down in the cluster and the LEDs in the cabin, I think once u turn the low beams on the middle led comes on.

In the sneak box there is button to toggle the Speedo cluster's lighting control : manual-1 --> manual-2 --> manual 3 --> auto-lo -->auto-norm? --> auto-hi

there is also a "Max" button which override current settings to provide max brightness.

There is of course the rotating dial to select the brightness level....

Tried all these but seem like there is no way to turn the lights off....
