Why some people say to order both 12605 AND 12606 while others say only 12605? Which is it please. I don’t want to order a part that I’m not going to use.

You need both. There is a left and right piece.

Default Pump cover

Nice.
Just got this installed today to my 2006 GS 450h. Its very tight place and you have to slightly bend that front pipe to get cover installed.
Not sure about noise reduction, but for a 17eur price you dont lose alot.
Ordered from amayama.com.
