Default Yellow Capsule!

Does anybody have any idea if its possible to use the 2004 GS yellow capsule in the newer GS 2007-11 cause that would take the risk out of the yellow bulb. took a pic of it so you can see what I mean.

Just stick a half decent yellow HID kit in there, it'll be less work and look better in the end. If it's not yellow enough then you can film the fog lens.

Fog lights are not made for you to see, but for others to see you, hence the yellow vs. white.

Although I think the HID would throw farther, not sure really how much better others can see you in thick fog.

My Xenondepot 3000K fogs make a HUGE difference in the amount of light on the road and my visibility in all weather.

They aren't as deep of a yellow as I would have hoped for, but they are definitely yellow. If I turn my fog lights off at night, sometimes it even feels like I'm switching my headlights off. :P

If you're looking for bright, another 500k is not gonna be that much of a difference going from the nokya bulbs to 3000k HID, IMO.

Uh, kelvin colour temperature has nothing to do with brightness..... well it does, but not in the way that you're implying.

My Xenondepot 3000K HID kit works well although not as yellow as BinaryJay indicated but for 3 yeas thus far it's a good product.

My HIDextra 3000K HID installed on my CX-9, on the other hand, looks much yellower than the Xenondepot. I own it for only less than a year but trouble free so far.
