Yes priority mail with free tracking.
They get the mirror the day in the morning and ship out afternoon (same day).
That's the reason why you can get your mirror back so fast!

Just a quick update... Received my mirror back today from Scott Wheeler (shipped it out first thing Monday morning via USPS Priority). Not bad, 5 day total turnaround time.

Very pleased so far with the results! Compass, homelink and auto-dimming are all working just fine. Will upload a few pics shortly.

1. COMPASS DISPLAY MODE SELECTION
(a) Turn the compass display ON and OFF by pressing and holding the AUTO switch for 3 seconds. (b) Procedures for selecting compass mode.
(1) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(2) Check that the inner mirror's LED illuminates green.
(3) Check that one of the following directions is displayed: N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW.
(4) Press and hold the inner mirror's AUTO switch for 3 seconds, and check that the direction display turns off.

HINT:
Immediately after the AUTO switch is pressed, check that the LED turns off and the inner mirror anti* glare mode turns off. Then, after the AUTO switch is pressed and held for 3 seconds, check that the LED illuminates and the inner mirror anti*glare mode turns on.

I just removed mine today and will be sending it out to Scott first thing in the morning. Anyone from CA care to share the time it took from the day they shipped it till the day they received it back?

Thanks for the tutorial worked like a charm. Compass back online

I guess radar-mirror.com is the best option if you're no longer under warranty.

My '07 3GS had this issue since i bought it 3 years ago, thought it was just dirt or some sort of stain. Three years later i finally put more attention to the glares and it gotten worse, but time flies and next thing i know my CPO warranty expired. It's only been 2 months since my warranty expired, stupid me never mentioned it to my adviser at the dealership until now. Tried explaining to them the issue occurred long time ago, but they could only cut me a deal (70%) less to fix it. About $450 was the pricing cost to get the rear-view mirror fixed directly from the dealership.

Time to give it a shot and contact radar-mirror.com...first i have to figure out how to un-mount the mirror.

If anyone from SoCal knows another place to get this type of issue fix PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP.

Thank you!

Which Broadway clip on did you buy? Does the clip on fit correctly over the wide-mid body of the stock lexus rear view mirror?

Thanks

I have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution to this? Did you just buy a new rear view mirror and replace it yourself? Because I really need a new mirror, I can barely see out of mine anymore

Are there places that sell just the actual mirror part that we can install ourselves in the mirror assembly?
