Default Best Intake for 06 GS300?

There are several.
Fujuita Short Ram Intake
HKS Premium Air Suction Kit (???)
JoeZ Intake Pipe for IS250/350 (Also fits 3GS)

Im looking for the best intake for max HP + Torque Gains. I really have no idea what the HKS "premium suction kit" is, but can it be paired with the JoeZ intake pipe? Also, does anyone know if there are any custom hoods out there for the 3GS? Thanks

If your looking for HP & TQ then I would get the SRT intake for the 2gen GS300. If this is too much then I would go with the JoeZ. FSport is virtually the same but you dont get the lower air box the the 2gen ISx50.

I just read about the SRT intake , 30 hp , and 40ft/ib torque , thats all i need , gues i better save up the 700 bucks , thats just enough hp and torque gain for me, now my gs 300 can be bumped up to 275hp yayyyyy and 280 torque

so long its the GS300 & GS430....The 2gen ISx50 will have similar if not the same parts for the GS350.

I have a thread were I test fit a 2gen GS430 SRT on my car. It sounded incredible and woke my engine up. I just never took the time to wire up the ECU.

OP: look in the classifieds and see if you can find one used for a fraction of the cost.

30hp??? Is that dyno? On a gs300?? That's a lot for an intake.

Anyone know why the f-sport doesn't fit?

Do you need an ECU with the intake for the increase in hp n torque? or do you need it bc it wont work without it..i dont know much about performance mods.

U will need the ECU or an APEXI NEO...The larger pipe is going to push a lot of extra air and you wont be able to drive around. You will be lean in bank 1 & bank 2. (not good)...The stock ECU wont correct so you have to use the piggy back that SRT gives or have it tuned with the NEO.

would this all be plug and play or would wires have to be spliced or something of that nature?

you can order a custom PNP wire harness so no cutting of wires is required. This is the direction I would go.

so i can get a used SRT intake and ecu from the 2gen gs300s and then get a custom wire harness? If that's the case, how much would this custom wire harness be and would you know where to get it?
