Headlight condensation.
I have a 2006 gs 300 awd,, I have condensation in the right front headlight, took it to the dealership and they said the entire headlight assembly would need to be replaced for $1600.00 !! I called lexus and they said they would cover 20% of the cost. The dealer said there was corrosion on the balas?? Does anyone know where I could buy an after market headlight assembly.. This is rediculous
my suggestion here is to open the cover to the HID bulb and all other covers to replace the bulbs and let it dry out. Replace all the covers and make sure they are on good. Most of the time this is from a loose cover on the back from either a bulb change or some other work that caused them to be shifted.
At least your confirming that its truly a bad headlight housing rather then having Lexus pay for something that isn't broken and or saving you money if its not covered.

theres a ton of lights on ebay. theres no difference between the awd or rwd. you do want to check to make sure you have AFS headlights (which i believe all 3GS' have though).
You can always try taking the headlight off, disassembling it and cleaning/drying it out and then putting it back together using a bead of the priciest clear silicone sealant you can find.
I always used to do this with aftermarket lights before I installed them on old cars (like tail lights and such before I got over such nonsense) and they never had issues even when the brand/model in question was notorious for leaking.

once cleaned and dried
u can use moisture absorbing packets and tape them inside just behind the bulb...
rice will do the job,,, u need a tea bag + tape... and stay away of the afs inside there...
