Updated Nav DVD unable to eject; no errors on the screen in addition all the buttons (Menu,Dest,Map) on the right doesn't respond. The 10.1 dvd was an upgrade from 6.1. DVD drive attempts to read and fails and reads and fails ... etc.. but to no avail. Anyone know of a way to force eject the DVD without having to take the Navi apart from the glove compartment? Thanks in advance.

I hope for 2 things, you still have warranty and that it was Original 10.1 version not a copy cd. Bring it to the dealer
