Default Auto Door Lock

My car does not auto lock after driving 5 mile per hours like the other Lexus. Do we have this feature in the GS 350?

Hmm ... don't think so. We have the auto lock when it's shifted out of park.

Default Can we do it?

Is it something that we can do? The sales person didn't say anything to me about personalized setting.

They specify they will only do it for free during the first scheduled service. After that they probably charge you whatever their minimum labor rate is. That means, total ripoff.

I think you'll have better luck asking them to change things like this when it's already in for some other service, especially if it involves them hooking the car up to their diagnostic device already.

Personally I keep forgetting to ask Toyota/Lexus to change it so that my headlights turn off when the driver's door opens, I don't think it's ever failed me yet but I don't trust the auto off after 30 second delay.

I know it defeats the purpose of the auto feature, but if you press the lock button on the fob twice, the headlights shut off. Since i think i read before you had your battery died on you because your headlights didn't auto off

I've made changes several times for free. Not just during the first service.
