Hey all I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if the 2is is supposed to be able to auto lock after a certain amount of time after leaving the car? I swear it did when I bought it but after messing with the setting on a techstream it never worked again and can't figure out why. Maybe I'm crazy and it never actually did work but I'm almost positive it did

 

It didn't do it when you bought it. What it did is "auto re-lock". If you unlock the car and don't open the door, the car will re-lock itself after 60 seconds. Once you open the door, the car stays unlocked until you lock it again.

 

stupid. you'd think a car this new would have that. hell the 1991 oldsmobile silhouette my mom had when i was a kid had auto locks.
