hey all I have an 08 GS460.When making turns or changing direction the car makes a popping/knocking like noise of different volumes sometimes LOUD.Sounds like it could be coming from drivers seat but not sure though.I might be bringing in this car for the 3rd time for another interior noise:

man I fel you on the interior noise issues. I think that has been the number area of complaint with my car. I cant say that my G35 was any better or worse but i did expect the Lexus to really blow me away. especially with a 50k price tag

 

I had this happen to me. first time taking it in they said there said a tsb for pins they had to remove. When i got it back same popping noise while turining. So next time I took it in, they replaced the seat. They said it was 5000 for the seat.
hopefully they will replace yours.

 

that typical sound is usually from a spring not seated properly.

 

Not sure what noise are you taling about but...first I would start from checking ...sunglasses compartment This not a joke tough

 

let the dealership sort it out. I dont like stressing myself to find fixes for these problems. Let the mechanics figure it out

 

nothing in sunglass compartment and like i said its like a popping/knocking noise when making turns or changing direction coming from my seat thought i explained that though hmnn Bringing it in on the 11th to Southhampton Lexus AGAIN!!I hope they can fix it they fixed the other 2 noises(Rattles)
