Car Curves to Left or Right?
LOL! Hahaha!
This could several things.
1. 'Ghetto' streets as whlkev stated. Could be the to lines in the street causing it to pull one way
2. Radial pull, which could be caused by your tires
3. Brake caliper issue where one is stronger than the other.
Probably more that I can't think of right now.

i noticed mine curves to the left on this ramp on the way to work that gets awfully congested. but i wonder if there are grooves in the road..... i hope iti s. although i thought i read somewhere else that that's waht the gs does.
(i am right handed by the way)

If this only happens when the road is in rough shape, then there is nothing wrong with your car. My old GS used to do the same thing when new. If the road is in bad shape, it will poll to the left and right when I try to stop and it happens at the same spot all the time in my route to work.
Is it only on stop approach or during straight line driving as well?
Run a quick test and see in a straight line if you are veering towards one side.
Otherwise it might be the crowning in the actual road itself. ie..in a lane that is frequently traveled on the pavement will sag where your two tires would sit on possibly causing the car to swerve left/right when approaching it.
When was the last time you had an alignment done? New tires maybe? Oh, and does the steering rack service campaign apply to the 2009 GS350? I'm too lazy to check.
Good luck
