Default Wheel thoughts?

Which would you choose (cost aside) for my Silver GS350? MRR GT1's or iForged Flux? Just looking for opinions. Thanks

I was looking at both of these as well b/c both are for sale on the wheels classified section (good deals I might add). I almost pulled the trigger on the MRR GT1s, but I noticed that this style is on a lot of cars in SoCal. Good luck with your search.

the iforgery is ugly

and too many people have the MRR.

but i'd pick the MRR if i had only these 2 choices.

+1. between the two, MRR > iforged.

i've also heard horror stories about iforged (bad customer service, wheels that come in with the wrong offset, etc).

and i agree, if it's a choice between MRR and iforged, i'd go with MRR. but if you can save up more, go with work, rays, or volk racing (or any number of japanese tuner wheels).

Yeah....something about the iForged that I like though. I'd love to get some Works but they are quite a bit more pricey than the MRRs I believe. Love the V4S. To be honest, I'm only looking for wheels cuz my tires on my Tourmalines are almost a gonners. But the more and more I look at wheels, the more and more I find different styles that I like. (sigh)

What color is your car? Can't go wrong with a sliver mesh design.

^ which means you are not ready to make a wheel purchase (yet). you are better off saving more money and get the wheel that you like the most. worst thing to do is have buyer's remorse (if only i had bought the other set of wheels). as for your tires on tourmalines, i'd recommend you just find a set of cheapies for the time being until you've found a set that you like/want.

nah

the smart thing to do is put on another set of cheap fresh tires, and ride it out for another 20000 miles.

wheels are a finicky thing. one day you like, next day you hate. take your time

isn't that sort of what i said? OP should just get cheapie tires, and take his time to decide what wheels he wants.
