Yep. Shame really as I wanted to rock a set of Vossen's, but its actually about the same price to get a set of forged rims custom made over here. So I'm in a bit of a conundrum.

i wonder if shipping is really that much from the US to UK?! hard to imagine shipping to be like double the price of the wheels

some here have gone with over spec tires, as they feel that that the low profile tires does not provide sufficient protection for the rims if you hit a pothole (i have bent 2 of my rims, required both to be professionally repaired). with over spec tires, you run the risk of rubbing but only if you are lowered.

usually multi-piece wheels allow for specific offsets you require, but often cost more. lots of members here have success with vossen. i prefer work wheels myself.
First off, thanks a ton. Secondly, what is meant by over spec tires? higher profile tires than recommended? Also, I myself, like the works wheels a lot, but it seems like their off sets are very aggressive? Do you just have to pay (for the fender mods) to play with these types of wheels?

Work will make your wheels to order I suggest researching the wheel thread and finding specs similar to what yoh want the car to look like

yes, exactly.

as lkapimp216 mentioned above, work wheels can custom make your offsets. so you can have very aggressive or very conservative offsets, depending on what kind of look you want. if you go with aggressive offsets, then fender adjustments (trimming the tab or rolling the fender) may be required. work wheels are more expensive (but worth it imho).

do a search for my pics, you'll see that i'm running on very conservative offsets for my work wheels. that maybe too conservative for you; in that case, see what lkapimp216 and others have done with regards to wheel fitment and stance. good luck

Default Would they fit?

Hello would these fit my vehicle with no problems? Will it clear the big brakes? Will it rub with certain tire sizes? And also the correct tire size if I do these all aroud or if I should go staggered?

The issue with fitting over your calipers will depend on the pad of the wheel.. If there is a low pad it is likely that they will not fit..

you can call that the spoke design. in terms of jdm wheels, they are the "disk type". if it's high disk, the spokes curve out more to clear the calipers, and then there is the low disk where spokes are more flat to allow more lip

I have a 07 GS350 RWD. Will 19x9 +11 19x10 +13 fit? I know I'm gonna have to roll fenders. Car will be on BC-R coilovers. Looking to tuck all the way to rim.

Will these rims work well on my gs450H?

20x8.5 (+34) & 20x9.5 (+35)

I think I'm going to run a 245/35 and 275/30 set up on these. Thoughts anyone?

Rim size and offsets are good. Most here would recommend 245/30/20 and 285/25/20 but since your rim selection is 8.5 and 9.5.....you should be ok.

I am considering changing the stock 17" wheels on my 2006 GS300. I have been looking at the lfa replica wheels on eBay ( anyone with feedback on those?) my car is RWD so I was considering just going with 19" x 8.5" wheels all around but they would be 35mm offset both front and rear. Also looking at 245/40/19 tires all around as well. Just wanted to get some feedback on this combo since I figured someone has a good size combo for going with 19" wheels.

Thanks for the feedback here is a link to the wheels I am looking as but I will probably buy all same size as they will sell them all same and not staggered.

These look pretty good btw.

Another noob question for the wheel experts: So, for AWD, wheel set up's shouldn't be staggered...meaning they should be the same wheel width all around, otherwise, differentials can break or wear down?? Thanks.
