Hi guys I drive a 2009 GS 350 AWD and I am want to know if there is a way for me to set the doors not to lock from the outside when I shift out of the Park position. I tried some of the options that manual showed but as soon as I shift the doors lock from the outside and then open again once in Park.

 

This is part of the LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings). You have to go to the dealer for this. They will do all the changes once for free. See the (huge) manual for all the potential personalization settings.

 

It can be programmed by your service department.

 

Don't rush to dealer yet. Check your manual again. There are two sets options to change. One is which doors open/close the second one is when close/don't close doors if you start your car or move shifter.
