Hood adjustment?
Yeah I know. The front bumper was replaced on the car but there has to be a way to lower the hood latch to tighten it down. The front quarter panels and hood are the original.

hire a fat chick to sit on the hood, and see if that solves it

you can just photoshop it flush cant you....
I think this is cause for concern, probably had some damage and the latch does not align properly...who knows, keep us posted....
