My hood looks popped up all the time. what can i do to make it look more flush. i tired taking off the engine dust cover i tried turning the two rubber ****/ stoppers anyone got an idea for me. the car fax is clean but now i feel it's been in a accident.
hmmm...if you try all the things you said...i suggest you take to a good body shop and have them take a look at it...i don't think they will charge you for that....they would also tell you if your car has been in an accident.
i think there should be a vin sticker on the hood, if you do find a vin sticker, then the hood has not been replaced before. the hood is made out of alum so it's best that you don't bent it. the latch will not adjust the gaps on the hood.
get back about 15 feet...take a light sprint and about 3 feet from the car take a jump with a half twist. center your body (make adjustments on the fly) to land on the center front part of the hood.
