Better offset (non-staggerred)

Guys,
Which is a better offset for our 3gs: +35offset 19x8 OR
+40offset 19x8
Lowered with NF210s
What will be the main fitment difference between the two?

I would go 19x9....isnt the oem set up 18x8.8 +45?

Are you going to roll or shave your fenders.
