I'm getting ready to order a set of STR 607 gunmetal grey wheels.

I'm just confused what is the largest sizeI can buy without rubbing/need to roll the fenders?

Will 20x9.0 (15 offset or 30 offset) 20x10.5 (20 offset or 35 offset).

From what ive read most everyone who has aftermarket wheels with a 20x9 in the front and 20x10.5 in the rear have the following offset. For the front most went with 32 offset and others like me (on the conservative side) went with 38 offset. For the rears everyone has gotten 45 offset. I'm sure others will chime in soon.
