don't know if you can just replace that particular part, might have to change the whole wood section? not sure

cheapest way is probably take it to a paint shop and have them chrome it

or go with the 08 version, which IMO is probably one of the best visual upgrade

 

^ I agree the one I have looks cheap IMO. That center piece is ~1k....I looked into at the dealer. I havent looked anywhere else.
