The rims is what needs to clear the BBK, has nothing to do with the offset. I am not 100% sure on the offsets for this car. From what I have read through that should not be an issue but let one of the experts here who knows.
I know there is a car that has 8.5 front +38 and 10.5 rear +45. you can use that for some guidance. are you going to shave/roll the fenders in the rear?
the offsets should be ok, i'd use 245 and 275 tires. the rear is close but i think is fine.
so the fronts are fine and will clear the \calipers as for the rear what size offset should i go if +35 is to close i dont feel like rideing around rubbing tires l
my car is a lease so i really doubt rolling the fenders is a good idea
i lease, and i roll. no issues so far

no info on front, can't tell. you have to find out if it's high disk. rear, imho with 275 it's ok, but it's your call
I rolled on my last Lexus that was leased also and never had any issues. But you could pay the price if something goes wrong. Its a chance we all take
rominl- thanks for the reply, so if I was to push a 20x11 in the rear and shave or roll the fender how much can I push the offset? Looks like from reading the many pages in the mod thread that you can go 20x9 +37 in the front and 20x11 +37 if you are rolled? (I guess I should say to be flush and not poke past the fender and have extremely stretched tires)Am I reading that correctly? I am lowered ~ 2" and no camber correction so that should give me a little extra room with the negative camber.
20x9 +37 front is ok. i am actually running 20x9 +34 with 245/30 (not 35). if you talk about flush, i can actually pull out another 3-4mm easy, but i think it will start to rub quite a bit. so 9+37 is non-issue unless you run overspec tires
the rear 11+37 is very aggressive. i have my whole fender shaved to nothing and i am running 10+37 with 265/30, and i think i can go another 5mm out before it starts to rub more. 11+37 is 12mm more outboard than mine. my car is on lowest setting already with quite a bit of camber. even at my stance, another 12mm, seems quite "out"
no matter what don't do 275/40/19, that's way way overspec, 2" over, bad idea
245/40 and 275/35, that's overspec setup. a bit more sidewall for protection, but you will rub more
245/35 and 275/30 that's spec, less tire of course.
it doesn't make sense when you say about the 20s. if you are considering 245/35 and 275/30, that's the same thing as putting 245/35 and 275/30 on the 20s.
