Default Valet Service

Hi, all,

How many of your Lexus dealers have discontinued their valet service of picking up your car for service and delivering a loaner? Mine just recently dropped their valet service but will at least keep giving out free loaners. That is too bad since the valet service was one of the major incentives for me; I am 50 minutes from this dealer!

Would like to hear your experiences.

I believe Westside / Northside Lexus here in Houston still do that. I've not taken advantage of it though as the dealer is typically not too far away. I do take advantage of the loaners though.

My dealer never offered valet service - and charges $5/day for a loaner.

I normally just drive up there but took advantage of the free car wash for life and loaner when they have to work on my GS.
