both 350 and 460 have electronic speed sensing steering, but that's not really much of a difference (and if they are supposed to, lexus doing a poor job). the vgrs has more to do with how fast you turn your steering wheel. if you make a sudden fast turn, the steering ratio will change for a faster turn, so technically it's more in an emergency situation

does the 450h have electronic speed sensing steering and vgrs?
The 450h does have VGRS and speed sensing. I used it just the other day to avoid another car and boy the car just tightens up and turns quickly. I find the faster you turn the wheel the less you have to turn it to get the same response which really helps emergency handling.
