Default Low tire Indicator?

Something weird is happening with my car. Got in the car this morning, started the engine and it tells me 'low tire'. I went outside to check tires, all 4 looked fine. I don't have the tool to check the psi. Anyways, it got colder today, could it be the reason ? What do you think I should do? Take it to a tire shop? Or buy that thing and check psi myself?

Default Tire pressure is low

I had the same situation. It turned out the pressure were low on all 4 tires. Once I filled up the air, the warning went away.

I hve done it just two days ago. Same thing happened with the low tire light came up in the morning. I took it to gas station, fill the air up to 34psi (it was down to low 20 psi but I wasn't able to visually tell) and the light went away.

don't forget to check the spare if you have one as there's a sensor for it as well. Some '07s w/ run-flats did come w/ spares however, I think anything w/ r/f now do not have it.

And like clockwork... our next 'annual' question will be about the 'winter' position for the wipers

Update:

So, I went and bought the pressure gauge. Checked all 4 tires and all 4 were fine, 33+ PSI. I then went to a gas station and fill the air up to 36 psi on all 4 tires, the indicator was still showing 'Low tire'. I've tried turning the car on/off, but that did not help. Puzzled, I lowered PSI to 34+ and the problem went away.

Usually it takes a minute or two for the TPMS for the light to turn off. Ugh, still don't understand why they can't tell us which tire has low PSI

lol I've spoke too soon! I just got in the car and the low tire warning is on again. The tires and pressure is fine though. Tire shop? Or take it to a dealer?
