Does anyone know if the park assist sensors, emitters, etc. wear out faster if you leave the system on all the time? It's a pain in the *** to turn it on and off all the time. On my 5 series from BMW, the sensors would turn on automatically when backing-up. Also the button was readily accessible on front dash instead of in the drop down panel like the 3GS.
But yes, the park assist is worth every penny. It was a must-have feature on the 3GS based on my previous experience with BMW.
