GS350 vs. Hyundai Genesis ???
From my breif experience, amazing! It's super loud at 10, but I cranked it up to like 25 and there was absolutely NO distortion. I'm not a hardcore audiophile, so I will admit that the Mark Levinson system may be better (who knows?). Still, if it's good enough for Rolls Royce, I'm sure Lexicon is good enough for the Genesis.
Since I don't have the Tech Package, my car only has the 15-speaker Lexicon system, which lacks the 7.1 Discrete Surround Sound of the 17-speaker system, but does have Logic7 Surround Sound. I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference between the two. They both sound great to me.

Either way, I'm glad you're happy with your GS. At the end of the day, all that matters is how you feel about your car. Who really cares what anyone else thinks, right? Maybe it's just me, but this is how I feel and part of the reason why purchasing a Hyundai wasn't an issue for me.
I haven't read the entire discussion yet - so this may have already been addressed - but the Cadillac CTS tops out at about $45k. I have no idea where this $58k is coming from. Again, this may have already been addressed...
I think you should check your numbers again.. CTS 3.7liter direct inject is 58k
Base MSRPs
CTS $35K
CTS w/DI $37K
CTS AWD $38K
CTS AWD w/DI $39K
There are not $19K of options available that I can add up. The premium package is about $10K. You can get a couple of other things and get all-out loaded to a sticker of just over $50K. Most are in the $40s.
The CTS doesn't even have a 3.7L engine available.
The $58K CTS you test drove was a CTS-V and has a V8.

Sure, you can get one for less money than shown below, but the CTS is damn expensive for a 6-cylinder midsize sedan. And people make to much of Direct Injection. The CTS is not noteably quicker or more efficient than the Genesis V6.

Sorry it wasnt he CTS-V it was the 6 cylinder. 304HP. sticker price on window was 58k. I will try to go back and take a picture of the window sticker. 2009 CTS4 fully loaded 58k and some change. Think im making this up?
No. It is apparently not. Can you post a link or provide some other kind of source for that price?
Base MSRPs

So "apparently" there are options that add up to make it 58k+ If youre still not believing me, just make one simple phone call to your local caddy dealer =) Its easy always to post base prices but rarely do they come in just the base model.

Was it a 3.7L like you said?

Does Caddy make a 3.6L Direct Injection 304HP for a CTS?
See,you can be wrong too.
The CTS-V supposedly has 550hp? 6.2liter V8.. Im pretty sure I wouldve noticed the power of a 550hp engine compared to a V6.
