Default Newbie question regarding the Headrest

Dumb question but was wondering how you move the driver seat headrest up and down? I looked at the manual and just don't get it

Also, if I wanted to do it manually, Im suppose to press the little nub on the drivers seat but that does not do anything even if I try pressing it then attempt to move the headrest up and down.

What am I doing wrong??

I just walked out to my car to give it a try and couldn't figure out how to do it. It is too late and I am too lazy to go out again so I'll try again by reclining the seat back so I'll try tomorrow.

Look for a round indention in the leather on the drivers seat below the headrest. Push on that round circle and you can adjust the headrest manually. It will feel as if you are pushing on a spring.

The circular outline is on the leather on the top edge of your seat just to the right of the headrest.

Aside from the little spot on top of the seat, the headrest moves automatically when you move the seat back and forth, not reclining.

hmmmm. I pressed that little indentation on the drivers seat. It didn't really feel like any spring action so I pressed even harder and tried to push the headrest up and down....still no go...

What year is your GS and what color interior do you have?

You really need to press down in the center of that circle. You will feel a button there if you feel around the top side of the backrest.

I just found it myself, I was looking for it on the rear of the seat but it is a circle indentation in the leather on the top of the backrest to the rear passenger side corner of the adjustable head rest
