Engine knock @ start-up
Has anyone experienced this on their '06 GS? At start up you hear a knocking sound for about 2 seconds, like the pistons are not oiled up.
I heard this about 3 months ago and it happened maybe once every 3 weeks or so, now it's happening maybe 2x per week.

theres been some threads on this issue but ive had this problem for months. i took my car into the stealership in March. they "could not duplicate" the sound. i took it back last week cuz the sound was getting more frequent........"could not duplicate" again. i left the dealership & got gas down the street, started my car and heard it!!! AAAARRRGGGHHH!!!! 
there is a TSIB that is specifically for this "grinding sound on engine start" which involves replacing a couple engine parts mounted to the camshafts. my dealer says they cannot order the TSIB until the sound is heard cuz the price and labor hours to install. im gonna keep bringing it back to them until they hear it!!!

FROST I was preparing for that same response from the dealership. Taking it in next wednesday for an oil change and to have them check out the knock noise. I preparing to hear "we didn't hear anything".
