Default Yellow high beams?

I remember seeing a picture of a white 3GS with yellow high beam. I've been searching for that post but can't find it. If anyone has that please post a picture, thanks!

Considering putting yellow high beam bulbs in since the DRL's with any white bulb still appears yellow, might as well just make it real yellow.

Or maybe this is a really dumb idea?

Default L E D or O F F

I replaced with the "Xenon bulbs" on the high beam also tried to get raid of yellow DRL. During normal "high beam" operation it appeared xenon white, but during DRL operation it still appeared yellow.

In the owner's manual, it has the option to "TURN OFF DRL." So on my 5,000 miles service, I asked them to program DRL OFF. All they need to do is hooked up to the computer in the shop and program off.

Unless you still want DRL's function, you can replace the bulbs with LED bulbs. But you will loose the high beam's function, due to the fact that LED is not as bright as normal bulbs.

I don't think yellow high beam will provide enough light illumination as high beam suppose to. Turn the DRL off if its yellow color is the concern.

The color of DRL is not a major concern.

I just thought the yellow highbeam might give it more of a 2GS look? Or am I totally off on the issue here?

I think some 2GS has the yellow fogs... not sue is the yellow high beam. Maybe I'm wrong.

Yes standard with those GS models with HID. Mainly found on GS400/430. It's a reflector in the fog lamp assy that makes it yellow, not the bulb.
