I used Roxio and got 400 MP3's on a DVD...to use with the ML in my GS350. Be sure to use sound leveling though or you may experience some rather load songs and then soft one depending on how they were originally recorded.
Did you use DVD-R, DVD+R, or DVD+/- RW? I've used Nero with DVD+/-RW with no luck. If I could get MP3s on DVD to work that would be huge for times when I forget my iPod.

I made several attempts to do the same thing with no luck. I have no problems with MP3s on CDs though. Share your secret or else!

I found an old MP3 CD I created wayy back in the day with EZ CD Creator. It's a regular CD I burned in data mode that I've always had. I popped it in my CD/DVD deck and the ML system was able to correctly read the mp3 files on the CD.
I didn't use any fancy software, just standard Windows XP: copy all your mp3's and wma's to your cd device, click on "write these files to CD" - if it asks you if it should create Audio or Data choose Data.
