The display screen on my GS does not come on after starting the car. You have to press whatever it is you want to see...It's happened before and I found the fix in the manual...However, I can't seem to be able to find it now...Please help...

 

Hit the AUDIO button followed by the DISP (the DISP button by itself doesn't do anything). If you hit the OK button next to the DISPLAY OFF button it should fix it.

That did the trick....FYI...I found that I had to get the the Trip Info screen first and then start your fix...

Glad I could help. The display must be a different on the gen 4, my wife called from outside the mall today and I had to walk her through the same thing.
