Default DVD Mod

hey whats up guys. i was just wondering how much the DVD mod thing should cost if i werent to do it myself.. so that DVDs would be able to play while in motion.
i was searching around and figured that from what i read it wasnt that hard so i was thinking a local shop could do it reliably for pretty cheap.
i went to get like an estimate from a place i was refered to and they told me it would cost about 500 bucks?! i was like whoa for real. i got it down to like 400 but im still kind of iffy on that price. so i just said ill be back.. what do you guys think about that price? how much should it cost?
is there any place you would refer me to get it done at? any help is appreciated thanks in advance!

Where are you located? I'll do it for you for 50 bucks. Honestly, it's REALLY easy, i did it myself in about 2 hours. The hardest part was taking apart the dash.

All it is is to cut/splice 3 wires--takes all of 30-40 minutes, even for 1st timers. Yes, it's scary to pull out your dash, but I figured I'd take better care protecting the dash myself.
