I chose as bad as willing to trade in your existing car (non-gs) Since I have a 98 SC400, I'm thinking seriously about trading it in for this new GS. But I will probably wait till 8 months into production or possibly get it the 2nd year.

Of course that may change once I test drive the car. I hope it handles great in the twistes with some sports car handling with of course the luxury ride still intact.

It will likely be my next car (and 7th Lexus) but I'll be waiting for the Lexus sport division version; I'd really like to have 400hp and AWD (possibly even if it's hybrid).

The chrome strip around the grille in that photo makes the car look strange

I'm talking about the design profile. Not just the headlights but the general rounded front end follows the profile of the 1st gen SC. Have you seen the new GS in person? If not, you will understand what i'm talking about when you actually have seen it, rather than from photos. I'm not here to argue if you are a newbie or not, you are still new to the CL community.
