Default How to replace side mirror cover

Hey everyone. I cracked the passenger mirror cover pulling out of the garage. The cover looks like it's two pieces, the large shell in the back and the trim piece around the front. It's only the front trim piece that's cracked. What holds that in place? I've done a bunch of searching and can find DIY videos for other Lexus mirrors, but those are all for one piece mirrors (just the large shell behind the mirror glass) and none seem to cover our mirror cover which appears to be two pieces. Do I need to remove the mirror glass? Or is the front trim piece just held in place with clips?

I found this video for an 02 LS430. The mirror assembly looks pretty similar.
