Do they come off? I hit mine against a wall while parking. I'd like to get it fixed.

 

They do. Tilt the mirror all the way up and to the right and pry it off. It'll feel like you're going to break it but it won't (read:shouldn't). Once removed there should be three screws holding the black plastic and the mirror cover together.
