Default Passenger headlight not working

I replaced the headlight assembly on my passenger side which was replaced due to an accident and had what looked like rubbing compound in the headlight itself.

Anyways when replacing the headlight assembly when looking at the wiring harness it's hacked to hell so of course I had to purchase a full brand new wiring harness off eBay.com for $90 for AFS XENON headlights, however even after replacing the full harness I'm not getting any of the lights to light up, and the AFS light is not light on the dashboard.

Im definitely thinking they intentionally pulled a fuse, or a fuse is blown? Could anyone point me in the correct direction of which fuse(s) I should check and which fuse box?

Checked every fuse and relay with absolutely no change, the ONLY thing that works on the driver side is the high beam and that's soley it? Any advice?

Questions:
- What year and model?
- Is there any other function on the car that doesn't work, or codes?
- Before replacing the passenger headlight assembly, did either of the headlights work or was it the same exact issue?
- Do the fog lights work? DRLs? tail lights?
- Did you check volts and resistance on the relay? The fuses were getting power with the car on?
- Is it intermittent? When you unlock the car do the headlights flash?
- The giant connector for the headlights that sits under the front bumper, did you replace the harness from there on to the headlights? Or the complete harness that leads to the body of the car?
- What part number/link for the harness?
