Default One headlight

My 01 gs300 only has one headlight. I had aftermarket halo headlights with 10000k hids installed and have been working great.

Now, the Passenger side headlight doesn't work at all. I even tried switching ballasts and bulbs over and still didn't work. Put a tester to the cord that plugs from the stock wiring harness into the ballast and it showed it was dead. Also, my fog lights don't work anymore and the fuse is blown. Every fuse I replace it with blows instantly when I turn them on from the inside. I was told it could be the relay but not sure. Anyone run into this before? ?

Swapping parts one at a time from the non-working to working side should help isolate the issue. When you find the part that is not working the problem will follow to the other side and the working part should allow the side that is out to come on. Are you connected to the factory wiring or using a relay harness with these kits? Are they 35W or 55W?

It should be connected to the factory wiring. And they're 35W

Hi,

It sounds like you may have a problem with your OE harness. Check your fuses.
