Just purchased a 2008 GS350. I love it but the touchscreen inside isn’t responsive at all.

Because of this, I can’t change a lot of the settings and different things including the air conditioning.


I’m considering aftermarket radios but don’t know what will be compatible since there are buttons integrated along the unit’s trim.

I’ve been told I can change the screen digitizer so it can be pressed and responsive again, but can the entire thing be changed and is Apple CarPlay an option?

 

Easy fix, do a search under my name. Several years ago I replaced one with a digitizer I purchased from Ali Express it was super cheap, didnt take long to swap out, screen doesnt have a rainbow (which many cheap ones have) and till today I can confirm its working great.
