my 2003 lexus gs300 doesnt start , ive changed the battery an replaced da starter ,an all it does is a clicking noise .

Clicking noise might me a mouse chewing on some wires, might want to call a exterminator.

There are many different types of clicking noises. The worst would be a deep clunk. If this is more accurate, try turning the engine over by the crank to see if it turns by hand or if the starter is engaging a seized engine. You can try swapping the starter relay with another of the same type. Make sure your battery terminals are tight and not just at the battery but at all connections. including at the alternator. Look for corrosion or rodent damage. Anywhere loose will fail to flow enough current to juice the starter.
