Looking for Engine builders
I'm looking for Someone who has experience with engine swaps in the Delaware area if possible. Been searching and can't find any.
Any information would be helpful

Swapping a motor isn't exactly hard if swapping stock to stock.
Swapping GE to GTE isn't quite that difficult either. But prep work and research is necessary.
If you find any competent mechanic local to you, stock to stock should be straight forward. Take one off, put the other back on.
Swapping GE to GTE, well, there's more to this that will need you to provide details on. Like year of the vehicle.

What are you swapping?
Ive done gs400 to same and could offer pointers.
But it’s not really as hard as it seems if doing like for like.
Largely, drop the exhaust and transmission shaft. Under motor mounts, fuel line and other little things. Lift over radiator and that it’s. Reverse the order for reinstall.
Of course easy depends on having proper tools and somewhere to do it.
good luck
