I have a pin hole coolant leak and i'm trying to figure out what this hose is called

It is one of your heater hoses. I would replace both of them if you are replacing one.

i understand that but i just needed a part number so i could know what to buy. But have since ordered and replaced it this morning. Thanks

If you can, look at the hose closely, you may be able to see the part number on the hose.

Ok so I had a minute and went to *******.com and looked it up for you...
Since OP did not state what model or year GS I guessed it was a GS300 and looked up a 98...

HOSE, HEATER WATER, INLET A 87245-3F360
HOSE, HEATER WATER, OUTLET A 87245-3F370

I usually use RockAuto for referencing parts. Gates makes very good replacement coolant hoses:
