Default No love in the electronics section.

this is a repost that i had in the electronics section cuz no one responded. i was wondering what are the sizes of the speakers on the doors of the GS4 cuz i'm thinking of changing them out.

Front Doors
Speaker Opening Size = 5 1/4"
Speaker Depth = 3"

Rear Doors
Speaker Opening Size = 6 1/2"
Speaker Depth = 3"

I responded, try using search

Stock speakers are 4" front and rear for the mids. See the links I put in your original post from searching.

Dave is correct, stocks are 4", but they come in a big plastic enclosure. Remove the entire assembly, make some wood baffles(easy to do), and there you have it, a nice set of 6.5" seperates!

Actually, you can go with 7's in the front doors and 8's in the rears without any problem at all !!

Hey TT , are you running 2 sets of 6.5's in your doors. I have 2 sets I used in my 4Runner that I'd like to use in my GS.

MasterG, I am running Boston Pro 6.5" seperates in both fornt and rear doors.
