Default gs 300 drivers side window will not go up

My gs 300 windows have been acting up. Both back windows work fine from the master drivers side switch, The passengers side window will not go back up sometimes, but will usually go back up. The drivers side window would go down a bit then, when you pressed back up, it would go down half way and stop. Press window to go up again, it would go almost all the way up then stop and go back down. Play with the button and eventually it would go back up too............as of yesterday window went all the way down and will not go up at all. Press button and motor just makes a clicking sound, no movement at all. Any help would be great??

It may sound silly but make sure you run through all of the fuses. I had this issue on a car I was selling last year. Eventually I ended up changing the master switch. Also check your voltage and make sure you're bringing up at least 12.5v. Anything less than that and you more than likely have a charging issue. These cars draw a LOT of power to make everything functional

BTW you may want to have this moved to the general 2GS forum section and not the build thread...

Do you have any fading in the ac panel meaning do all of the letters and illumination work on that panel?

If you have a volt meter you can test the output at the switch and the window motor

all lights on the ac are good. checked all fuses they were good. going to test some voltage tomorrow. click sounds seems to be coming from the mpx door control then motor (hence the multiple clicks). from my years as a high voltage electrician sounds as though power is there. it is just not letting the motor fully operate. i am thinking some kind of relay messing up in that mpx door control box. that is what part i think i will change first? found one used for about $50.

On the window motor itself you have a toothed wheel for the pinch sensor and when you install a new window motor it must be trained/relearned it's home up position and it's home down position. I just did my driver window motor a few days ago as when it is freezing and super cold sometimes the window will not move.

There is this video on a Camry model but this reset worked the same for my GS300.
