Default window problem drivers side

drivers side window will not go up anymore. Press button to go up and hear double click sound from behind door, guessing click comes from motor, but window does not move at all. All lights work on switch and all other windows working. Has to be something simple?? Any ideas

Either 2 things. Window regulator or module. But it sounds like the regulator

the regulator is the metal track gear that the window sets on? it made no funny noises when it sometimes worked. it would go up then down on its own when only hitting the up button, but would eventually go all the way up. now it just clicks like it is getting power but not sending it properly? the other thread gs300 window one has some more details in it.

Sounds like the regulator is bad. Try spraying the window tracks with WD40. Dried window tracks will make it hard to go up & down too. Just know in the future if you hit the button and hear nothing it's the module.

Can be the relay in the door ecu. Check window operation by applying 12v directly to the motor first. If that operates fine then it's the relay in the ECU. If that doesn't work then replace the motor.
