Transmission Shifter

Sometimes my shifter won't go into reverse when I start my car & I have to pop the little square & stick a key in there to be able to move the shifter
Anyone else have this issue & what's a quick fix for it?
Tranny shifts just fine

Check your fuses, could be your shift lock.
