How is your transmission mount? Any vibration when driving? Check you transmission mount and shifter linkage adjustment.

could be the solenoid that locks the shifter in place. You can try putting the car in park and then press and release the break pedal repeatedly, if you hear a clicking noise coming from under the shifter it means the solenoid is actuating. Now the lack of the noise could mean that its not working or that its working properly since they only start making noise when they get old so the only real way to check that would be to drop the transmission pan though as the solenoid is in there.

Hi,

thanks for te hints.
But you can always push the shifter from D to N without pushing the ****, it is just to easy so that it moves by itself under hard breaking.
