Default Splicing wire

Go to the junkyard, cut this wire plus connector further back and use a butt connector should fix this right?

Yea, if you want the easy way out. Best way would be to do a twist and fold or braided soldering, then using heat shrink to seal it off...

If you're gonna do butt connectors, I still highly recommend using heat shrink to protect the still exposed wires from the elements. And shrink it far past the connectors to get a tight seal on the wire insulation.

I replaced everything but, now it wont start at all. I have no power to the interior fuses: ignition, starter, panel. Any thought?

A blown fuse somewhere. Check all the fuses in the engine bay, and inside the cabin. Just to be sure.

Am2 fuse was bad, now i have power to the ignition fuse. Still no power to starter and panel fuses. Now at least it cranks just doesnt start
