2000 GS300 ... Trunk Release Question
Hi all,
I recently purchased a 2000 GS300. My trunk will open with the master key in the trunk cylinder and also from the release inside the car. however, It will not release from the master key button on the fob. Am i looking at a key programming issue? an actuator issue? When I release it from inside the car is it the actuator that is "popping" the trunk because it does raise a few inches... Any input/info would be appreciated.. Thanks all !

It unlocks 3 of the doors. The RF door actuator is not working.. Previous owner told me upon purchase that it only opens with key in the door or manually from inside the car. I don't think they wanted to go through that repair expense before selling the car. When I lock all the doors the red light comes on the dash panel but I'm not convinced any alarm is actually set either
