I just got some Nissan V2 touring rims for the GS. Our OEM lug nut is a flat nut 12x1.5

The Nissan rims from what I've read OEM uses conical nut 12x1.25.

Can I use 1.25 thread conical lug nuts although my stud is a 1.5 thread?

Or will 12x1.5 conical lugs do the job?

Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

The 1.25 will not screw on properly. The 1.5 is required.

 

So the 1.5 conical would be good? I want to make sure the wheels will be centered properly.

 

If the Nissan wheels use a conical seat lug nut, then yes, us a conical seat lug nut with the correct thread pitch of 12x1.5.

When choosing lug nuts always choose the seat to match the wheels and the thread pitch to match the studs.
