Default Lug Nuts

So i recently bought an IS250 that came with aftermarket wheels (BLEST Eurosports. If anyone knows about this brand or model, please let me know because I can't find anything) and the lug nuts are 10 point open ended ones with a hex type key to get them off. I don't think i can fit OEM lug nuts because of the way the wheel is, but do I have any other options but these "tuner lugs"? I just want a lug nut or brand I don't have to worry about stripping or breaking, but will work safely with these wheels until i can put on Lexus ones. Attached are pictures of the wheel and lug nut. Thanks.

Factory lug nuts use a shank and washer whereas most aftermarket wheels use a conical (tapered) seat. Really no point worrying about OEM lug nuts. Proverbial square peg in a round hole.... Pick out a nice pair of conical seat 12mmx1.5 lugs for the wheels. As for the wheels, never heard of them.
