Door Lock Actuator Questions

Door Lock Actuator Questions
okay so I've been searching for literally days but I can't figure out 2 things. Please help!
I have 2 Questions:
1. are the door lock actuators different for each door, or can I buy, for example, two Rear Left actuators and one will fit the rear right? etc?
2. I already replaced my rear drivers side door lock actuator today. the door now locks and unlocks, but when it unlocks it makes this weird buzzing sound. it didn't do it the first 2-3 times I tried it but then it just started doing it. what is the deal? every forum I've read says that this means the actuator is bad, but I just replaced it so how could that be??
please help!

They are all different.
Did you replace your actuator with a new OEM actuator or one of the Chinese after market ones?
Also very possible that you didn't get the linkage on correctly or something came apart. Recheck your install.
